Canon updated the video software yesterday to 24 frame per second. I thought I try a test video at the Newport Aquarium.
Enjoy,

Super Healthy Dinner
2 x Tilapia
Baby green beans
1/2 sweet potato
one carrot
1/4 cup cornbread crumbs
1st) take the tilapia and soap in a dish of skim milk (this will cut any fish tast and allow the corn bread to stick)
2st) Pre heat oven 400
3nd) In a large bowl mix
* 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
* 1 table spoon water
* couple cracks of fresh pepper
* dash or two of salt (doesn't need much, and or go easy)
* 1 clove garlic diced fine cubes
* add tiny julienne carrot
* add baby green beans
* add 1/2 sweet potato sliced thin
* mix these ingredients with passion:)
4th) on a pan cover with foil spray no stick oil
* it is easy to separate the veggies on foil, so do that
* check in 15 minutes, allow them to get a little brown
5th) pre heat a no stick pan on high(8) add a table spoon of sunflower oil(for high heat cooking)
* bread fish
* cook 5 min on each side
* cover with lemon and enjoy!
